DATA RETENTION AND DELETION, ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY 

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the App and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.

If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided or delete your account, please do the following.

1. Use the data or account deletion process provided in the EbiVerse App you are using.

2. You may also contact us at legal@ebiverse.com with the following information and we will respond in a reasonable time.

(a) EbiVerse App name you want to have your data deleted from or account deleted

(b)Your UserID only ( please do not include your password for security reasons)

(c) Specify what you want deleted

(3) You will receive a verification sent to the email on record for the user ID provided to make sure you own the account. Once you respond we will take action in a reasonable time.

Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the App to function properly.  Hence deleting data only may affect the functionality of your account.
