To ensure optimal platform performance and maintain security, Ebiverse Tech Hub securely caches user data retrieved via official YouTube API Services. In strict compliance with global data protection standards and platform developer policies, all fetched session data used to refresh personalized feeds and load critique pages is automatically purged and permanently deleted from our temporary storage systems after a maximum period of twenty-one (21) days. We do not maintain long-term archives or databases of your external viewing history.
2.3 Directory and Showcase Profile Visibility
Service Providers: By opting to list your business or freelance profile within the Service Directory, you explicitly authorize the public display of your professional information [5.1]. This includes your name, business name, portfolio links, service descriptions, and any public contact channels (such as professional emails, phone numbers, or social media links) that you voluntarily provide to allow customers to connect with you [5.1].
Athletes: By creating a Digital Player Profile or Talent Showcase, you explicitly authorize the public display of your sports-related information. This includes your athletic statistics, sports CV, performance videos, physical metrics, and public contact coordinates. This information is indexed publicly to allow verified scouts, clubs, and recruiters to discover and connect with you directly.
Data Control: Users maintain complete control over their external account connectivity and visibility settings. You can revoke Ebiverse Tech Hub’s access to your data instantly at any time by visiting the Google Security Settings Page. You may adjust your profile visibility settings or delete your directory data at any time via your Account Settings dashboard [5.1].
